These terms apply to prepwisecourse.com and to the PrepWise courses you reach from it ("PrepWise", "we", "us"). PrepWise is operated by PrepWise LLC, 12 Daniel Road, STE 318-613, Fairfield, New Jersey 07004, USA. You can reach us at info@prepwisecourse.com.
By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You need an account to use the courses. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in private, and do not share your account with anyone else. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 to create an account. PrepWise is not intended for children under 13, and they may not create an account.
2. Plans and billing
- Every plan is a monthly subscription, billed in US dollars at the start of each month.
- A plan gives you access to the AP courses named in it, and only those.
- The price is the one shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
- Your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
3. Changing your plan
- Moving to a plan with more courses takes effect immediately. You are charged the new monthly price, less a credit for the part of the current month you have already paid for.
- Moving to a plan with fewer courses takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. You will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Payments are not refunded; see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Using the courses
The courses are for your own personal study. You may not copy, record, resell or redistribute questions, answers, explanations or exams, or let anyone else use your account.

6. No guaranteed results
PrepWise is practice and preparation material. We do not guarantee any exam score or result.
7. Changes to the courses and the service
We improve and update the courses over time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.
8. Suspending an account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing access or copying course material.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, PrepWise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and tell you by email before a material change takes effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and disputes are handled by the courts of the State of New Jersey.
